Ingredients
  

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • Sauce:
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth

Instructions
 

  • Heat a large skillet over medium heat and melt the butter.
  • Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  • Cook the chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Pour in the chicken broth, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan.
  • Stir in the heavy cream and parmesan cheese, mixing until smooth.
  • Simmer for 2-3 minutes, then return the chicken to the skillet.
  • Coat the chicken in the creamy sauce and cook for another 2 minutes.
  • Serve hot with your favorite side dishes.
