Heat a large skillet over medium heat and melt the butter.
Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
Cook the chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
Pour in the chicken broth, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan.
Stir in the heavy cream and parmesan cheese, mixing until smooth.
Simmer for 2-3 minutes, then return the chicken to the skillet.
Coat the chicken in the creamy sauce and cook for another 2 minutes.
Serve hot with your favorite side dishes.
