Prepare the Chicken:

Whisk egg and water together in a separate bowl.

Cooking Methods:
Pan-Frying: Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Cook chicken for 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
Air-Frying: Preheat air fryer to 200°C (400°F). Spray chicken with cooking oil and cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway.
Baking: Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F). Place chicken on a lined baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until fully cooked.
Make the Sauce:
In a saucepan over medium heat, combine honey, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, vinegar, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes.
Mix cornstarch with a little water and stir into the sauce to thicken.
Simmer for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Combine:
Toss crispy chicken pieces in the sauce until well coated.
