- 3 large eggs separated
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup heavy cream or coconut cream
- Pinch of sea salt
Melt Chocolate: In a heatproof bowl, melt the dark chocolate over a double boiler or in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Let cool slightly.
