- Savory Soy and Ginger Marinade:
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger

- 2 tablespoons honey
- Optional: 1 tablespoon butter or ghee
- Spicy Honey Garlic Marinade:
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1-4 tablespoons Sriracha sauce adjust to taste
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Prepare the Marinade:
In a bowl, whisk together all the ingredients for your chosen marinade until well combined.
Marinate the Chicken:
Place chicken thighs in a zip-top bag or shallow dish.
Pour marinade over the chicken and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 24 hours for deeper flavor).
