  • Savory Soy and Ginger Marinade:
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon butter or ghee
  • Spicy Honey Garlic Marinade:
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1-4 tablespoons Sriracha sauce adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Method
 

  1. Prepare the Marinade:
  2. In a bowl, whisk together all the ingredients for your chosen marinade until well combined.
  3. Marinate the Chicken:
