Ingredients
  

  • 60 ml water
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 30 ml sriracha sauce
  • 15 ml tomato ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon corn starch

  • Add water, honey, sriracha, ketchup, and garlic powder to a saucepan.
  • Heat the mixture gently until it starts to simmer.
  • In a small bowl, mix the corn starch with a bit of water to create a slurry.
  • Slowly pour the slurry into the saucepan while stirring continuously.
  • Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring, until the sauce thickens.
  • Remove from heat and let it cool slightly before using.
