  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger grated
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional, for heat
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch to thicken sauce
  • 2 tablespoons water

Method
 

  1. Prepare the Chicken:

  3. Toss in cornstarch for a light coating.
