  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil for frying
  • For the Honey Garlic Sauce:
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger grated
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional, for heat
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch to thicken sauce
  • 2 tablespoons water

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Chicken:
  • Season chicken with salt and black pepper.
  • Toss in cornstarch for a light coating.
  • Cooking Methods:
  • Pan-Frying: Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Cook chicken for 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Air-Frying: Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Spray chicken with oil and cook for 10 minutes, flipping halfway.
  • Baking: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Arrange chicken in a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until fully cooked.
  • Make the Sauce:
  • In a saucepan over medium heat, combine honey, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, vinegar, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes.
  • Mix cornstarch with water and stir into the sauce to thicken.
