  • 12 ounces evaporated milk
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup chopped carrots
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
