Ingredients
  

  • 1 small can Tuna drained
  • 2 tbsp Sweetcorn
  • 1/2 small Chilli finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 slice Gluten-Free Bread or crispbread/pitta
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper to taste
  • 1 squeeze Lemon Juice optional

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, mix together the drained tuna, sweetcorn, finely chopped chilli, and mayonnaise.
  2. Season with black pepper and a squeeze of lemon juice if desired.
  3. Spread the mixture onto a slice of gluten-free bread, crispbread, or a pitta.
